Our Story

Mindfulness 4 You was established as an innovation for sharing mindfulness with as many people as possible.

We are a leading provider of the eight week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Cognitive Therapy (MBSR/MBCT) Course.

We also offer more advanced courses, ongoing drop-in meditation classes, workshops, and school visits, providing ongoing tutoring to children, staff, and parents.

Having worked in various sectors including NHS/local authority, community groups, schools as well as one to one, our aim is to make each individual feel respected and valued.

Our mission…

… is to provide top quality mindfulness and compassion training to communities, organisations, and individuals of all ages. We strive to be true to the mindfulness principles of cultivating truth, inclusion, and compassion.

Offering discussions on mindful living topics, we aim to support all levels of practice, creating a hub for learning to meditate and practice mindfulness. By offering a secular evidence based approach for improving health and well-being, we hope to teach our audience what mediation is and help make learning mindfulness meditation more accessible and relatable to a mainstream audience, while keeping it real and meaningful.

Meet Our Instructors

Mindfulness 4 You - Nikki

Nikki

Nikki is a mindfulness teacher, and consultant with over 25 years of personal practice of mindfulness and related disciplines.

Nikki runs mindfulness courses in the public and private sector, corporate organisations, communities, family settings and one to one coaching. Nikki trained to teach mindfulness at the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and holds additional qualifications in Mindfulness for children and Cognitivie Behavioural Therapy, as well as holding qualifications as a Therapeutic Art Life Coach.

Nikki has been involved with the education system for over 20 years, teaching in schools across the Sout-East, focusing on special education needs. Nikki has particular interest in how mindfulness and meditation can nurture positive mental health and well-being in our personal and professional lives.

Nikki has been successfully running Mindfulness, Clay and Drumming therapy in schools and community groups for over 10 years, making mindfulness accessible to all areas of the community, including rehab centres and the elderly. Nikki is DBS checked.

Paul

Paul has over 20 years of personal meditation practice. Paul completed his mindfulness teacher training through the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and holds qualifications in Mindfulness for Children, Cognitivie Behavioural Therapy and Breathwork Teacher training.

By implementing mindfulness-based strategies Paul has yielded successful results in reducing stress and anxiety, whilst improving well-being. Paul has successfully been running Mindfulness, Clay and Drumming Therapy in schools and community groups for over 10 years, making mindfulness accessible to all areas of the community, including rehab centres and for the elderly. Paul is DBS checked.
